"This hotel is located right in town which makes it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean and pretty. The food was really good and the Mexican restaurant which is connected to hotel is really good. The rooms are very basic and very clean. There are not shelves or dresser to put your clothes in or on. Would be nice to have a couple of shelves. The bathroom is small but nice hot shower every day. A lot of hotels in area do no have heat but I was not cold in my room at all and we also had a wool blanket to use at night for extra warmth. I would advise bringing headphones at night if you go to bed before 1000pm as you can hear the street noises. Typically by 1000-1030pm it's pretty quiet. Daniel and Yanet who are the owners are great hosts and very helpful along with the staff. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are staying in Pisac."

"Tranquillity Hotel is in the heart of Pisac. Easy walking distance to the town square, shops and restaurants. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to be sure your needs are met. The rooms are simple and clean. I gave 4 stars because the WiFi was spotty in my room, however it worked well in the common areas. They can be chilly in the winter however you can ask for a space heater if the wool blanket isn’t enough. There is a wonderful yoga room on the 4th floor and a fantastic meditation/ceremony space on the 5th floor with 365 degree views! If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay in the Sacred Valley, I highly recommend Tranquility Hotel!"

"Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en este hotel. Daniel y Yanet te reciben como si estuvieras en su case! Es un lugar ideal para familias, ya que ofrece un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor donde todos pueden sentirse cómodos. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y la limpieza es impecable en todas las áreas, desde las habitaciones hasta los espacios comunes. Los cuartos son cómodos y acogedores. Otro punto a destacar es su excelente ubicación céntrica, que permite acceder fácilmente a diferentes atracciones culturales y disfrutar de la gastronomía local a unos pasos del hotel. De hecho, Daniel y Yanet fueron instrumentales en indicarnos lugares mas lejanos donde pudimos experimentar y enamorarnos de Peru! Ya estoy planeando mi próxima visita!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful week long stay at The Tranquility Hotel in Pisac! The rooms were clean and provided such a peaceful atmosphere to relax in after a day of sightseeing in the area. Each morning, the complimentary breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and the perfect fuel for exploring the Sacred Valley. El Tejano Mexican restaurant, which is part of the hotel had many excellent choices for both Mexican food and pizza. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The hosts, Daniel and Yanet, are incredibly gracious and welcoming, making you feel like family from the moment you arrive. That same warmth extends to the entire staff, who were all professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. Daniel was also able to arrange transportation, reservations, and guides to the local attractions making being a tourist much easier. If you're looking for a comfortable and heart-centered place to stay in Pisac, this is it!"

"Magic,spirit,love and abundance that’s how I can describe my Catalina retreat with the owners/wonderful hosts of the Tranquility Hotel I stayed. This was the trip of my life and let me explain… I’ve been in Peru, Machu Picchu etc last year and as much as I wanted to explore other countries, I was called again to explore deeper transformations with amazing people! My intentions were alive as we were exploring sacred sites, laughter, meals (including famous and the best Pisco sour made by Yanet💗) as well as immersing in Peruvian culture 😁 Thank you so much Daniel, Yanet and your team for having me, you are now my family ❤️ I know I’ll be back soon… love you all!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pisaq. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly, which made everything even more relaxing. They offer breakfast, and the service overall was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. Its location within the city of Pisaq is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for both international and local tourists. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Pisaq."

"💖Tranquility hotel is a friendly place with an excellent location! ⭐️We first chose this place because of its central location and excellent reviews. Once we arrived, we felt it truly lived up to its name: the tranquility and vibe immediately help you calm down. The owners are incredibly kind. At one point, we tried to get to the Parque Arqueológico Pisac but couldn’t find an Uber. We turned to a young man at the front desk who knew the area well, and he helped us finally find the place to call a taxi. ⭐️Another time, when we were checking out, my friend wasn’t feeling well. Since we speak very little Spanish, we were afraid of buying the wrong medicine and almost gave up on finding help. However, during breakfast, the lady asked about our situation, and her husband (the owner) went out personally to purchase the medicine we needed. He didn't even want us to pay for it at first, but my friend insisted and we finally checked the medicine at front desk. ⭐️Apart from the people, the place is beautifully decorated. As soon as you enter, you feel the peaceful atmosphere. They offer free water and have some local products for sale. It is mentioned that the water can be unstable, but it is actually just a bit hard to adjust, as we can still have a warm shower without waiting too long. Moreover, we couldn't ask for more, since this is a small town hidden in the mountains and the staff are doing their best for the guests. ⭐️The breakfast is also delicious. I started with a beautifully colored cup of coffee, followed by three pieces of bread with butter and two types of jam. I thought that was the whole meal, but I was surprised! After the bread, I was served scrambled eggs with avocado and a bowl of bananas and mangoes. 💖We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others! Also, please visit pisac when you feel hesitant because the place would never disappoint you."
