"We were visiting from Canada as a family and had a wonderful time. We are Spanish speakers but our tour guides were multilingual. They spoke Spanish, English, Portuguese, and one even spoke Japanese. Our tour guides were very helpful and experts in what they do. Our guide to Machu Picchu was even an expert photographer. The team was very attentive and was available for us whenever we needed over WhatsApp. Our stay was short but we got to visit and learn so much about Peru. Everything was set up and easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay."

"This time, I booked my trips to the Sacred Valley in Cusco, Lake Titicaca in Puno, and the Arequipa de Coca Gorge with the same travel agency called Adventures Costco. The person who handled my booking was a very enthusiastic Elizabeth. I had actually contacted her while I was in Taiwan. She was incredibly helpful and responsible; even after I left Cusco, she arranged for guides in other cities to pick me up from my hotel. It felt like having a friend in Cusco. She also had some very special itineraries, like hiking to Machu Picchu, with stunning scenery along the way. Unfortunately, I couldn't do those this time due to a spinal issue, but later I discovered it might actually be possible 🤣. In short, her professionalism, enthusiasm, and service spirit deserve five stars 🌟. Her travel partners in other cities are her family and friends, so I really felt comfortable with that. In Peru, the worst thing that usually happens is that you've already booked your trip, paid for it, and then the person disappears. Even if it's not intentional, they just leave you behind 😔. This kind of thing would never happen at Elizabeth's travel agency. I'll be departing from Peru in a few days, and I'm very grateful for her help from Taiwan to here."
