"As great as expected! Useful information: Bus ticket one-way: 12$, to be bought 1 day in advance and requires passport to purchase. Guides: Recommended and required, approx 60 soles per person in a group of 3. They ask around themselves at the bus stop and at the entrance and try to gather a group. Time: 2-2.5 hours for circuit 2 No need to queue up super early as neither the buses nor the entry itself let you in before your time slot. Bus leaves approx. 45 min before your slot, there’s enough buses for everyone, you won’t be late to your slot. Walking down takes 1h if you are fit and fast, a bit longer if you chill."

"Got in at 10am and got to experience mostly everything. If I ever come back I’d do route 3 to be able to climb to the highest portion. Route 2 was good and we had a private guide which was nice to go at our own pace and discover the history of Machu Picchu."
