"I have now sat in two ayahuasca retreats with Cesar and Denise. One in the sacred Valley of Peru, and the other in Mexico. Cesar and Denise hold sacred the spirit of ayahuasca and guide ceremonies that are intimate, personal and impactful. The retreats are carefully planned, but also give flexibility when needed. "Don't go to anyone else than Denise and Cesar for breathwork or Ayahuasca! Their approach is one of pure love, nurture, and wisdom where every participant feels seen and acknowledged. I participated in their Mexico Ayahusca retreat and it was a life-changing experience. The reatreat centre was located in a beautful lush jungle area, the food was fresh and healthy, and the schedule of the retreat was arranged in such a way that gave plenty of time for integration, relaxation, and some fun! "What a blessing to have Denise & Cesar in my corner. I’ve been working with them for 7 years already and would not be the same woman I am today without them. "Denise and Cesar have so much wisdom, love, compassion, and kindness to give, and it was such an honor to spend a week getting to know them, sitting in the medicine with them, and learning with them. They’ve created a holistic retreat experience that supports and guides you and gives you the opportunity to learn to support and hold yourself through the challenging moments. The writing exercises, breathwork, meditation, and yoga before ceremony was so helpful for me to understand what I was struggling with or what I needed to process. They gave us plenty of time and space after each ceremony to rest and integrate. They used movement and meditation to help ground and guide us along and again prepare us for the next ceremony. They were very gentle and compassionate with us. I appreciate how they listen to you and truly make an effort to get to know who you are so that they can support you in your journey. I felt welcomed, supported, loved, seen and understood. The best part is that they shared their own healing journey. It was so beautiful to see and understand their humanity and their challenges. Their commitment to their own healing is so inspiring. They’re open, honest, and real. They’re really cool and I really love them. I was able to do one of Denise’s breathwork courses (Unmask the Good Girl) before the retreat, so we really got to know each other and it made the journey so much more healing for me. I went in knowing and trusting her and that allowed me to open up so much more. The music they sing during ceremonies is filled with so much love, light, and power. It feels like they meet you exactly where you are and they do everything they can to give you tools to empower and uplift yourself. There were so many moments throughout the week where they said/sang/shared something that was exactly what I needed to hear. They’re channelling a lot of wisdom. "From the second our group showed up, Denise and Cesar managed to fill the entire retreat center with love. I went into this (my first) retreat after many years of feeling lost in life, struggling to work my way out of a deep sadness and self loathing that masqueraded as anger and constant fear. I was at the lowest point of my life, having daily panic attacks and thoughts of suicide. A little more than a week out from my last ceremony with the group and I can honestly say that I am a completely different person. I learned what loving myself actually meant and during our third ceremony I built a fire in my heart that expect to burn brightly until the day I die. In a short amount of time following the retreat, I've already made some significant strides in moving my life to a better place. I attribute all of this to the immense amount of work that Denise and Cesar put into crafting this experience as well as the space they held for me during our three ceremonies. It didn't matter how weird or powerful the emotions and thoughts that came up were (and some of mine were pretty weird and overwhelming), one of them was right there with me to make sure there was room and the guidance for me to work them out. It's obvious they've been doing this a long time, and that they see this as their mission rather than just as a business. Beyond just the medicine, our breathwork sessions were a powerful compliment to the ceremonies. My first breathwork session prior to working with the medicine was particularly transformational, and set the tone for the rest of the week. The yoga sessions, shamanic meditations and massage work helped me return to my body after spending a lifetime in my head overanalyzing everything. Denise and Cesar do an amazing job of combining both traditional medicine rituals with the best of what modern energy work has to offer. The retreat center itself was the perfect place for everything that was needed. It was beautiful, the food was both delicious and incredibly nourishing, and the staff all knew exactly how to create the right environment for what can seem like a very strange experience. For anyone who is looking for self discovery or like me, a lifeline; I cannot recommend these two people enough. I know I will be returning next year and haven't hesitated to recommend their retreat to any of my friends. If you are reading this, I truly hope you get what you need."
